w.e.f. 12.10.10 Spain consulate will require Overseas Medical Policy Min 25 days, coverage of the same must be min US$ 30,000/-. If pax traveling for less day's also, consulate required the policy for 25 days.
The consulate is taking 10 to 15 working days for processing the visas, Request you to please plan the travel according to that, We will not be responsible for any delay in Visa collections...
With Immediate Effect Passports which are issued more than 10 years ago, cannot be accepted any more , the pax will have to take a fresh passport
Business Visa :
Valid Passport,
Two Back to back original application form dully filled in and signed with a blue ball-point pen by the applicant with a photo should be pasted / stuck.,
Three latest photograph 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centered in the frame,
Covering letter from Indian company,
Invitation letter from Spain,
Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket,
Salary Slip,
Income Tax Papers,
Personal bank statements for last 6th months with bank seal & signed and Bank certificate on bank original letterhead,
Overseas Mediclaim policy,
Return ticket with ticket number
Foreign exchange or International credit card.
Tourist Visa :
Valid passport,

Visa Time Taken : 07 to 07 Working days
(Due to heavy Rush the consulate is taking 10 to 15 working days for processing the visas , we request to please plan the travel according to that as the IVS in Mumbai says it takes only 07 work days , still we are not getting the Passport collection on time ... )
